Each person has a bowl of FuZhou Buddha Jumps Over The Wall (福州佛跳墙)

2nd dishes.

Braised Superior Shark Fin in Claypot (红烧砂煲翅)

3rd dishes.

Dong Po Pork with red wine paste (醉酒东坡肉)

4th dished

Seven Star Garoupa Fish Fillet with Noodle in wine taste (酒醉翠溜鱼)

5th dishes.

Braised Fish Maw with seafood (海鲜焖鱼鳔)

6th dishes.

Braised whole seacucumber in "Fu Zhou" style (福州霸王参)

7th dishes.

“King” style fried prawn (京式焗明虾)

Steamed sweet glutinous rice with yam paste.
